The One that appears during the events of Drag-On Dragoon Shi ni Itaru Aka is actually Nero's sister who took the village elder's brand (tattoo-like markings on the body that initiate magic) for her own. She uses illusion magic to change her appearance and control the Red Eyes.
However different they may seem, both Nero and his sister share the same goal: To destroy the world.
