The District of Hallowed Water is one of the five districts created by the Knights of the Seal. It is protected by Lieutenant Hanch.
Hallowed Water Dais[]
Hanch's pact with Kelpie binds her soul to the Dais. If the dais is destroyed, both Hanch and Kelpie die, and the seal is broken.
